Norinchukin Bank Europe N.V. (NBE) established its office in Amsterdam in 2019 as a subsidiary of one of Japan's largest and oldest financial institutions. With its origins rooted in agriculture, fishery, and forestry, Norinchukin Bank was founded in 1923 as a cooperative bank. We are a dedicated team and are actively expanding our presence in Europe, placing a strong emphasis on sustainability. Our mission
The Mission of the Bank is “Glocal Front Runner European Bank within the Norinchukin Group”, which means “the Bank will make quantitative and qualitative contribution to stakeholders through its local international (“Glocal”) network in the EU and its passion to achieve our Purpose. The Bank will further develop its existing business lines while incorporating “Glocal” sustainability practices”.

You are eligable to 30 vacation days off per calender year.

Our Recruitment process
The introductory meeting
During the introductory meeting, our HR Business Partner and your future manager will take the opportunity to get to know you better and understand your background, in order to assess your potential fit within Norinchukin Bank Europe N.V. This meeting also provides you with the chance to ask any initial questions about the role and the company, as well as gain insights into our organizational culture.
Second interview
During this meeting, we will dive deeper into your experience and explore the unique contributions you could bring to the team. You can anticipate questions regarding your expertise in the business or technology domain.
Assessment
Congratulations on reaching the final stage! The last phase of our recruitment process involves an assessment. Based on your performance in the assessment, we can determine how well you align with our organisation's objectives and values.
