Why this role?

We are strengthening the Identity and Access Management Specialist (IAM Specialist) function within the CFO domain in response to stringent EU regulations, multiple audits, and complex system governance involving outsourcing of IT. Most of the systems used in our operations are outsourced to Tokyo Head Office and the London Branch of out parent company (the “Parent”), while only a few systems are developed and managed by NBE. In terms of regulations and audits, proving that appropriate access rights are granted to the right people at the right time is the most critical requirement. In this position, we expect you to take primary responsibility for managing access right. In addition, as the first line of IT support, we would like you to review IT system configurations and system catalog and manage suppliers. Further more, we would like you to join the IT Support team and take on the role of liaison between users and Parent company, while also working on improving Information Security governance in line with the guidelines provided by the Information Security team. This context has created the need for a dedicated role to ensure Information security governance of IT systems remain compliant, scalable, efficient, and fully aligned with the strategic objectives of the CFO domain.

Job requirements

As an IAM Specialist, you will primary responsible for managing access rights and ensuring compliance with stringent EU regulations, various audits, and complex system governance involving outsourced IT operations. Your role is critical in proving that appropriate access rights and granted to the right people at the right time. You will lead activities access IAM governance, control testing, and audit support. In addition, help the IT first-line support, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable operations aligned with the CFO domain’s strategic objectives.

What you will do

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) – Access Right Management for new joiners, movers, and leavers. Access Change Management (Access Role Matrix change) and exceptional access management. Communicating about IAM with all suppliers.

  • System Catalogue Management – System onboarding and offboarding inside of IAM domain.

  • Control Testing – Managing Division Head and System Owners Access Right Reviews. Executing quarterly/yearly Access Right Reviews. Executing Password Setting Review. Recording and reviewing the logs for critical systems.

  • Supplier Management – Managing the all the IT suppliers together with Legal & Compliance Division.

  • Audit Support – Responsible for all access operations questions and requests to auditors and regulators.

  • IT Support – Provide comprehensive desktop support for hardware and software issues. Manage and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and thin clients, maintaining optimal performance and security. Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software. Providing 1st line technical support to customers and passing calls to a team of 2nd line support analyst in LDN if the problem is more complex.

What you bring

  • Experience – Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (IT Security junior or IT Support junior); nice to have: Experience of audit by external auditor and/or regulator.

  • Tools – Basic skill of Excel.

  • Ways of working – Execute Information Security administrative tasks with strict adherence to deadlines, while considering necessity and risk. The work will primarily involve communicating and collaborating with stakeholders within NBE and the LDN branch.

  • Language – Business-level English
